The role is to make the elevator discussion easier to understand and better connected to the building. Final specifications remain project-specific, but the working sequence should remain clear from the first brief onward.
01Requirement
Understand the property, people, intended movement and current project stage before discussing a lift direction.
02Planning
Coordinate space, access, system questions, cabin intent and responsibilities with the relevant owner or project team.
03Delivery
Keep civil readiness, interfaces, approvals, installation sequence, testing and handover information connected.
04LiftCare
Continue the relationship through maintenance planning, issue review and modernization conversations when the lift or building evolves.
